Job Description

An excellent opportunity for an executive-level candidate to join the Office and Offspring team in our Shoreditch head office.

The role involves substantial experience dealing with Affiliates, Affiliate platforms, paid search agencies, and internal teams. You will work directly with some of the biggest brands globally and should be highly numerate with a keen ability to negotiate cost-effective deals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Regular liaison with the online trading team to align marketing activities with trade priorities.
2. Participate in weekly SEM calls and agency meetings; support optimisation of all brands and contribute to setting and delivering optimisation plans for OFFSPRING across PPC and SEO with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager.
3. Ensure PPC ad copy and sitelinks are current and aligned with site content and trade messaging.
4. Assist in planning, executing, and reporting SEO actions, ensuring optimisations and technical fixes are implemented.
5. Utilise Google Trends to identify new ranges or categories for potential setup.
6. Support planning, execution, and reporting of Paid Social campaigns.
7. Evaluate new publishers for affiliate campaigns, manage relationships with existing publishers, recruit new affiliates, and run sales-driven campaigns.
8. Negotiate with affiliate partners to increase visibility and traffic.
9. Distribute customer insight programs across multiple channels to enhance survey experiences.
10. Lead coordinated marketing efforts for OFFICE & OFFSPRING, produce weekly reports, review performance versus budget, and adjust marketing plans accordingly.
11. Maintain agency relationships and align agency efforts with marketing objectives.
12. Present performance and strategic plans in weekly trade meetings.
