Bill’s Restaurants is seeking a Senior Digital & Commercial Manager to define and deliver its digital roadmap, ensuring every digital touchpoint creates a seamless customer experience while driving measurable commercial growth.

Reporting to the Commercial & Marketing Director, you will lead the Digital Transformation Programme across CRM, loyalty, website, digital acquisition, customer experience and digital performance, working with internal teams, external agencies and technology partners to

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing, CRM or digital transformation.
• Proven leadership in senior digital or CRM roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and budget oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Digital Transformation Roadmap alongside the Commercial & Marketing Director.
• Own the evolution of CRM strategy and loyalty programmes across Bill's.
• Develop and optimise the website, SEO and AI discoverability.
• Drive digital performance and customer acquisition across channels.
• Manage external agencies and internal teams to deliver projects on time.
• Line manage the Marketing Executive and build digital capability.
