Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience leading user research in a large organisation.
- Proven ability to design and evaluate structured testing.
- Experience producing wireframes, journey maps and service blueprints.
- Proficient with UX analytics and optimisation tools (GA4, Hotjar, AB Tasty).
- Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder influencing skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead digital experience work within the team.
- Apply research, testing, optimisation and service design to the digital roadmap.
- Improve journeys for visitors, supporters, donors and faith/membership engagements.
- Collaborate with the Data & Digital Insight team to strengthen foundations through testing.
