Job summary

Involved Solutions LTD. seeks an experienced Deputy Director Digital Standards & Inclusive Design to lead the refresh of digital service standards for a central government organisation. This senior leadership role shapes strategy and translates it into practical delivery.

You will head a multidisciplinary team of around 15, work across government and the public sector, and ensure accessibility and inclusive design are central to all initiatives.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading large-scale digital transformation programmes.
• Strong experience with digital service standards and government assurance processes.
• Ability to translate strategy into tangible delivery outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the refresh of digital service standards.
• Manage a multidisciplinary team (~15) across government.
• Translate strategy into practical delivery with pace.
• Engage stakeholders across the public sector and ensure accessibility.
• Based in Manchester with 2 onsite days per week; travel to London as needed.
