Job summary

NHS Blood and Transplant is seeking a Senior Digital Developer to design, develop, and deploy world-class digital services, applications, and database solutions in line with our corporate plan. You will produce documentation, explore new technologies, and help modernise legacy systems across on-premises and Azure cloud environments.

• Produce and maintain high-quality documentation for NHSBT and in-house applications.
• Research emerging technologies, products, and tools, highlighting opportunities and advantages to the Head of OTDT PC and wider team.
• Maintain and improve existing applications by gathering requirements, identifying enhancements, and facilitating workshops.
• Support the Head of OTDT PC in developing NHSBTs digital and development strategy, aligned with organisational goals and values.
