The Senior Digital Engineer will manage specific tasks across all project phases—from pre-project to delivery—adhering to procedures and processes. This role supports digital engineering agendas to ensure effective project delivery, working across multiple projects and initiatives, including supporting our defence frameworks with digital-first approaches and modern construction methods like modular off-site techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the setup and implementation of Digital Engineering on projects by applying influence, input, processes, and protocols throughout all project stages.
• Develop and upskill Laing O'Rourke staff in Digital Engineering through training, workshops, and communication, leveraging key project relationships.
• Influence project-specific solutions aligned with our Digital Engineering offerings.
• Lead the development of 3D models, maintaining up-to-date project information and documentation with an agreed level of detail.
• Support the delivery of Digital Engineering, Project Certainty, and Digital Horizon objectives within deadlines.
