Job summary

Turner & Townsend is recruiting a Senior Consultant / Principal Consultant to lead technology delivery across property and workplace environments in the UK. You will coordinate IT infrastructure, smart-building interfaces and commercial delivery, driving outcomes that align with project priorities.

The role combines practical IT project management with strategic thinking, working with clients, designers, contractors and suppliers to manage scope, budget and risk through initiation to handover.

Qualifications

• Experience leading client-side technology or IT infrastructure delivery projects.
• Proven track record managing scope, programme, budget and risks on complex or high-visibility work.
• Experience with networks, communications rooms, cabling and AV systems and related infrastructure.
• Ability to coordinate interfaces between IT infrastructure, smart‑building systems and wider delivery programme.
• PM qualifications or demonstrable project-delivery experience.
• Experience in commercial occupier, workplace or complex-estate environments.
• Current security clearance, or eligibility to obtain it where required.

Responsibilities

• Lead defined IT, workplace-technology and digital-buildings projects from initiation through to close-out.
• Coordinate designers, contractors, vendors and technical resources delivering networks and related infrastructure.
• Manage procurement activity, tender processes and supplier coordination.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and delivery partners while maintaining clear accountability for outcomes.
• Support or lead bids, extensions and commission commercial performance.
