Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Consultant / Principal Consultant for Digital Buildings Integration in Birmingham, London and Manchester. You will lead technology projects bridging property, workplace and digital systems, coordinating interfaces, budgets and governance to ensure client outcomes.

You will work with clients and project teams to align technology milestones with construction and operational readiness, while developing bids, relationships and a growing Building Integration

Qualifications

• Experience leading client-side technology, IT infrastructure and workplace technology delivery.
• Track record coordinating scope, programme, budget and risks for complex projects.
• Ability to align delivery with building and fit-out activity and client expectations.
• Proven procurement, tender and supplier-management capabilities.
• Recognised project-management qualification or equivalent experience.
• Experience across smart-building interfaces and test/commissioning activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery across property and technology programmes.
• Coordinate interfaces between IT infrastructure, building systems and the delivery programme.
• Manage procurement, commercial performance and supplier relationships.
• Strengthen the team and client offer; mentor colleagues.
