Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Consultant / Principal Consultant to lead Digital Buildings Integration across Birmingham, London and Manchester. You will manage client-side delivery, coordinate IT infrastructure, smart-building interfaces and project governance through complex occupier fit-outs.

You will mentor colleagues, help grow the Building Integration capability and progress toward Associate Director, while maintaining focus on delivery excellence and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading client-side technology delivery within occupier, workplace or fit-out environments.
• Proven ability to manage scope, programme, budget, risks and stakeholder expectations on complex projects.
• Practical knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, AV systems and building-management interfaces.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex issues to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Formal project-delivery qualification (PRINCE2, PMP, APM PMQ or AgilePM) or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead defined IT, workplace-technology and digital-buildings projects through initiation to close-out.
• Coordinate interfaces between designers, contractors and technological resources.
• Manage procurement, commercial performance and supplier relationships as appropriate.
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to growth of Building Integration capability.
