Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior/Principal Consultant to lead client-side digital buildings delivery across Birmingham, London and Manchester. You will steer technology projects, coordinate interfaces and manage scope, budget and stakeholders to successful outcomes.

You will work with designers, contractors and suppliers, driving procurement, risk control and performance while mentoring evolving teams in a dynamic, cross-city environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading client-side technology or IT infrastructure projects in occupier/workplace environments.
• Ability to manage scope, programme, budget and stakeholders on complex projects.
• Knowledge of networks, cabling, AV systems, and building management interfaces.
• PRINCE2, PMP, APM PMQ or AgilePM certification or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead defined IT, workplace-technology and digital-buildings projects from initiation to close-out.
• Coordinate interfaces between designers, contractors, vendors and technical resources.
• Manage procurement, commercial performance and supplier relationships.
• Lead bids, extensions and commission commercial performance at Principal Consultant level.
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to propositions and capability growth.
