Qualifications

• Experience leading client-side technology or IT infrastructure delivery in commercial occupier, workplace, construction or fit-out environments.
• Proven ability to manage scope, programme, budget, risks, and stakeholders on complex projects.
• Practical understanding of networks, AV, building management or related infrastructure.
• Ability to coordinate interfaces between IT, smart-building, OT and wider delivery teams.
• Strong communication to explain complex issues to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead defined IT, workplace-technology and digital-buildings projects or workstreams from initiation to close-out.
• Coordinate interfaces between designers, contractors and suppliers delivering networks, cabling, AV and workplace technology.
• Support technology procurement, tender processes and supplier coordination with clear governance.
• Mentor colleagues and help grow the Building Integration capability within the team.
• Collaborate with clients and delivery partners to align technology with construction and operational readiness.
