Job summary

F5 in Cardiff is seeking two Senior Digital Business Analysts to join a mature BA team delivering complex digital transformation programmes. This hybrid role requires experience in digital/software delivery, collaboration with technical teams, and guiding requirements through the delivery lifecycle.

Ideal candidates will have end-to-end BA experience, hands-on Agile delivery, strong stakeholder engagement, and data skills (SQL/data modelling/mapping). Travel to Cardiff is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Digital/software delivery experience across the full lifecycle.
• Translate user and business needs into technical requirements.
• Work with developers, architects and Product Owners.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous, complex environments.
• Experience with data modelling, mapping or migration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver digital transformation programmes with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with developers, architects and Product Owners to define solutions.
• Support solutions through development, testing/UAT and implementation.
• Engage stakeholders and facilitate workshops as needed.
• Travel to Cardiff when required for delivery activities.
