Job summary

VIQU Limited, partnering with an NHS organisation in Cardiff, seeks a Business Analyst to support a portfolio of digital, data and business transformation initiatives. You will lead discovery, requirements gathering and process improvement to shape digital solutions delivering measurable business value.

Role involves facilitating workshops, documenting requirements, and translating business needs into tangible backlog items for agile delivery. Hybrid working with NHS collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst across digital transformation, data and technology programmes.
• Strong requirements gathering, business process mapping and gap analysis experience.
• Facilitate workshops and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments, including user story development and backlog management.
• Bridge business and technical teams translating complex requirements into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops and stakeholder sessions to understand business needs and opportunities for improvement.
• Gather, document and validate business, functional and non-functional requirements.
• Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for digital transformation, automation and service improvement.
• Produce business analysis artefacts including user stories, process maps, gap analyses and business requirements documentation.
• Work with technical teams to translate requirements into scalable digital solutions.
• Support Agile delivery teams through backlog refinement, sprint planning, testing and implementation activities.
