Fitch Ratings in London is seeking a Senior Marketing Associate, Web Analytics to join our Marketing Operations team. You will measure, monitor, and surface insights across Fitch’s web ecosystem, partnering with Marketing and cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytics requirements and effective measurement plans.

The role focuses on building dashboards, ensuring data quality, and training teams to adopt performance measurement practices across Fitch Group.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics and/or CJA required.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of digital data infrastructure and data layers.

Responsibilities

• Identify trends and anomalies across channels and journeys to generate actionable insights.
• Build data-backed recommendations to improve marketing performance, conversion, and ROI.
• Collaborate with Marketing and cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytics requirements.
• Develop dashboards and reports communicating trends and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Detect tracking issues and define data layer requirements and measurement frameworks.
• Deliver training to enable a self-serve analytics model across Fitch Group.
