Oxfordshire County Council is seeking a Senior Digital Engagement Specialist to lead digital learning and adoption across the council. You will design, curate and deliver engaging learning journeys, ensuring resources are accessible and tailored to different learning styles.

You will work with Technology product teams to translate roadmaps into practical adoption plans, using analytics to measure impact and drive continuous improvement across the Digital Academy.

Formación

• Expert knowledge of learning styles, digital adoption and user engagement.
• Experience developing the use of CoPilot and AI tools within appropriate frameworks.
• Proven track record of managing Digital Inclusion across stakeholders and organisations.
• Commitment to Digital Skills to support continuous improvement; both in the wider organisation and their own work.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships across teams.
• Confidence interpreting usage data and turning insight into action.
• Excellent organisation, reliability and attention to detail.
• Clear communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to support customers at all levels.
• Experience delivering training, facilitation or learning support; using a range of approaches such as face to face training, remote and online sessions, e-learning and communities of practice.
• The ability to plan and support large-scale digital adoption programmes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and delivery of digital learning journeys for Technology products used by staff and councillors.
• Translate roadmaps, releases and change impacts into practical adoption plans.
• Use learning analytics, usage data, incident trends and feedback to improve learning content and measure success.
• Deliver training and engagement activity in person, remotely and through self-service digital channels.
• Help shape the Digital Academy vision and strategy with fresh ideas and energy.
• Prepare the organisation for Local Government Reorganisation (LGR) and digital readiness.
• Collaborate with product teams and Transformation colleagues to connect roadmaps to adoption activities.
