Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Digital Accessibility Specialist in London to ensure our digital products are accessible to all users. You will work with developers and designers across web and mobile apps, applying standards and tests to remove barriers and improve inclusion.

You will collaborate with Product and Technology teams, contribute to Salt design system, and advocate accessibility across the organization while coaching colleagues in inclusive design practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital accessibility
• Hands-on accessibility testing with assistive tech
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Willingness to learn and grow in accessibility
• Ability to work across tactical and strategic initiatives
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Comfort with GitHub and open-source workflows

Responsibilities

• Conduct digital accessibility testing of Salt design system components, mobile apps, websites and content
• Identify barriers based on WCAG 2.1 and regulations (ADA, Section 508, EAA) and suggest solutions
• Document accessibility issues with actionable remediation recommendations
• Collaborate in GitHub-based projects, code reviews and issue tracking
• Provide guidance on accessibility techniques and advocate for inclusive design
• Identify and drive improvements using data on accessibility issues
