Job summary

Develop is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead delivery of a complex DevSecOps platform for a UK public-sector technology transformation. You will work closely with engineering, DevSecOps, architecture, security and product teams to move the platform from pilot to scale and adoption.

This role is Outside IR35, UK remote, contract, with active SC clearance required. You will manage milestones, dependencies, risks, and workshops, while tracking adoption and delivering measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Senior Project Manager / Programme Manager experience in technology, digital, software, cloud, infrastructure or transformation.
• Strong understanding of technical delivery environments.
• DevSecOps / platform knowledge to understand technical dependencies and delivery risks.
• Agile or hybrid delivery experience.
• Strong stakeholder, governance and risk management skills.
• Experience delivering within government, defence, national security or similarly complex environments is advantageous.
• Active SC clearance is essential.

• Leading workshops, demonstrations, governance and delivery reviews.

• Supporting transition from pilot capability into a scalable internal platform service.
