Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a DevSecOps Lead to design, implement and govern secure DevSecOps practices across delivery teams. You will automate CI/CD pipelines, drive security scanning, and oversee vulnerability management and IaC governance.

Experience with AWS/EKS, Terraform and Vault is essential, plus SC clearance readiness for UK government engagements. You will partner with developers to embed secure-by-design engineering and ensure compliance with client security standards while promoting

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a DevSecOps Lead, establishing and operating DevSecOps ways of working and tooling across CI/CD, security tooling and IaC.
• Hands-on leadership across delivery teams with security in the design and build phases.
• Experience delivering within the UK Government Digital Service (GDS) lifecycle on public sector engagements.
