Job summary

Capgemini is shaping Digital Customer Experience in the UK, focusing on secure, automatic CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices. The role leads teams across delivery, security, and architecture to embed secure-by-design engineering and governance.

You will work with IaC, container orchestration, cloud services and observability tools, while aligning with UK security requirements, policies, and client standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing, implementing and operating secure DevSecOps pipelines.
• Experience leading teams across delivery, security and platform integration.
• Proficiency with AWS EKS, Terraform, GitHub Actions and related tooling.
• Knowledge of security controls, identity/access management and policy enforcement.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve DevSecOps practices across delivery teams.
• Automate secure CI/CD pipelines and integrate security scanning in build/test/deploy.
• Govern IaC practices and incident response across environments; document runbooks.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure secure-by-design engineering and compliance with standards.
