• Automate provisioning, deployment, configuration, and workflows across cloud/on‑prem.
• Support production with high availability, DR, incident response, and patching.
• Containerize apps and manage deployments with orchestration platforms.
• Collaborate with devs to improve deployment, monitoring, and readiness.
• Use IaC and configuration management to drive consistency.
