Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on DevOps or platform engineering experience.
• Experience leading engineering teams and mentoring engineers.
• Strong background in Linux/Unix administration, scripting (Python, Bash).
• Proven CI/CD experience with Jenkins or GitLab and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Hands-on cloud and hybrid environments (AWS, Azure) with IaC and configuration management.
• Experience with AI-assisted engineering tools and observability platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and evolution of scalable, secure, and highly available trading infrastructure.
• Provide technical direction, mentorship, and hands-on contribution across DevOps, automation, and platform engineering initiatives.
• Build and improve automated CI/CD pipelines for Java and Python apps across environments.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployment, configuration, and database schema across cloud and on-prem.
• Support production systems with high availability, DR, incident response, patching, and change management.
• Containerize applications and manage deployments with orchestration platforms; drive IaC for consistency.
