Job summary

Camber Morris - Quantitative Talent is seeking a Production DevOps Engineer to own mission-critical trading environments. You will bridge development and operations, ensuring peak performance, absolute stability, and continuous availability.

You will manage deployments, automate pipelines, and drive IaC using Terraform, Kubernetes, and Linux tuning. The ideal candidate has strong automation and container orchestration experience in financial services and real-time trading settings.

Qualifications

• Proven DevOps or SRE in high-availability production environments.
• Trading/financial services background required.
• Advanced automation using Python, Bash, or Go.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes in production.
• Linux kernel tuning and performance troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Manage deployment, maintenance, and monitoring of low-latency production trading systems.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for rapid releases.
• Analyze and tune system latency and network configurations.
• Lead incident root-cause analyses and on-call rotation.
• Architect and maintain IaC with modern configuration tools.
