Job summary

Intellectual Capital Resources in London is seeking a skilled ML/DevOps Engineer to join our fast-growing AI-for-telecoms team. The role combines backend and ML/AI deployment across development and staging environments with a strong emphasis on automation and security.

You will design and maintain ML pipelines, deploy models, and collaborate with telco and engineering teams to deliver carrier-scale AI applications in a hybrid London-based setting.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes and Terraform for cloud-native deployments.
• Experience with GitOps tooling (Helm, ArgoCD) and monitoring (Prometheus/Grafana).
• Azure knowledge is a plus; MLOps in Kubernetes (Kubeflow) preferred.
• Experience running GPU workloads on Kubernetes and AI engineering familiarity.
• Experience deploying in air-gapped environments and strong secrets management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Backend and ML/AI engineers to deploy and maintain dev and staging environments.
• Develop and manage ML/AI pipelines and deploy ML models.
• Design and implement telco deployment packages with engineering teams.

Job description

Salary: £59,000 - 99,000 per year

Requirements:

• AWS
• Kubernetes
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC), specifically Terraform
• GitOps tooling, including Helm and ArgoCD
• Monitoring and alerting for production systems, such as Prometheus and Grafana or similar
• Azure knowledge is desirable
• MLOps experience in Kubernetes, such as Kubeflow
• Experience running GPU workloads on Kubernetes, including drivers, scheduling, and utilisation
• Familiarity with AI engineering
• Experience deploying in air-gapped customer environments
• Experience with secrets management and least-privilege access across environments
