Job summary

CACI Limited, via its Information Intelligence Group (IIG) in the UK, seeks an experienced DevOps Engineer to join agile teams on national security or central government projects. You will work on complex programmes building bespoke software solutions.

Responsibilities include designing and maintaining AWS cloud infrastructure, deploying and scaling Kubernetes, implementing automation, security and cost optimization, and mentoring junior engineers.

Qualifications

• Experience in DevOps roles on large-scale cloud-based projects.
• Proven ability to design and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Experience with Kubernetes deployment and cluster management.
• Strong collaboration, communication and mentoring skills.
• Eligibility for high level security clearance (British passport holder).

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Deploy, scale, and manage Kubernetes clusters with Docker and Helm.
• Develop automated tooling for build, deployment, monitoring and maintenance.
• Create and enforce security, compliance, and disaster recovery policies.
• Optimize availability, fault tolerance and cost efficiency.
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Mentor junior DevOps engineers.
