Job summary

Join CACI UK as a DevOps Engineer working within our Information Intelligence Group on a major government-facing project. You will design and maintain AWS-based infrastructure, manage Kubernetes clusters, and implement automated tooling for CI/CD, monitoring and resilience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a DevOps role focused on designing, building and maintaining cloud-based infrastructure.
• Experience with cloud concepts and technologies, preferably AWS.
• Ability to work in an Agile environment (Scrum/Kanban) and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Designing, implementing and maintaining cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Deploying, scaling, and managing Kubernetes clusters; familiar with Docker and Helm.
• Developing and implementing automated tools and processes for building, deployment, monitoring and maintenance of infrastructure and apps.
• Developing and maintaining security, compliance, and disaster recovery policies and procedures.
• Optimising infrastructure for high availability, fault tolerance and cost efficiency.
• Continuously monitoring and improving infrastructure and application performance.
• Troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure and application issues.
• Mentoring junior DevOps engineers.
