Job summary

Source Technology Limited is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to standardise build and deployment pipelines across a large application estate. You will work on CI/CD, IaC, and secure, repeatable environments for C#/.NET and Python applications.

Utilising Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms, you will drive reliability, observability, and secure configuration while collaborating with engineering teams in a hybrid London setting.

Qualifications

• Significant DevOps/SRE/Platform Engineering experience in regulated environments.
• Proven software development in C#/.NET stack.
• Strong Linux administration and scripting (Bash; Python).
• Cloud networking, DNS, load balancing, autoscaling, security controls.
• Hands-on Kubernetes and container build/deploy workflows.
• CI/CD tooling expertise (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
• Understanding of SDLC, Git workflows, and automated testing.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment tooling.
• Implement IaC using Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Drive containerization with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS/AKS).
• Enhance observability with monitoring/logging (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK).
• Embed security best practices: IAM, secrets, patching, remediation.
• Support incident response and on-call rotations.
• Collaborate with engineers to raise reliability and delivery standards.
