Job summary

Xe is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to build and transform our technology estate. You will work with Development and Security to create scalable production systems, deploy products, and improve monitoring and integrations for millions of customers.

You will guide multiple development teams across the UK and worldwide, delivering reliable, zero-downtime deployments and highly available services in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience building software delivery pipelines and automation.
• Experience with IaC and configuration management tools.
• Proficient in monitoring with Prometheus/Grafana/ELK/Icinga2.
• Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes) and cloud (AWS).
• Good communication across teams in a global environment.

Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, and run production apps hosted on AWS, VMware, Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with development and IT Operations to support continuous delivery.
• Transform and grow existing platforms and services.
• Create self-service development environments.
• Demonstrate a high-performing DevOps culture.
