Job summary

Informa TechTarget, based in London, is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to own and evolve our Windows‑based infrastructure running in AWS. This role focuses on operational excellence, security, automation, and developer enablement.

You’ll work closely with product engineering teams to ensure secure, reliable deployments, while driving improvements in CI/CD, monitoring, and infrastructure automation.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in DevOps, Cloud, or Systems Engineering.
• Strong hands-on AWS experience in production environments.
• Proven ability to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage Windows Server environments in AWS (EC2) with high availability and performance.
• Own patching, vulnerability remediation, and hardening for Windows workloads.
• Monitor security events and partner with security teams to remediate risks.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable deployments.
• Implement and improve Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or similar.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate repetitive tasks and reduce toil.
• Design and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging across environments.
• Collaborate with product engineering to troubleshoot issues and support releases.
• Participate in on-call rotations and assist in post-mortems for continuous improvement.
