Job summary

B4B Payments - A Banking Circle Group Company is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer in London to advance our cloud platform and payments infrastructure. You’ll ensure secure, scalable, and highly automated systems within a regulated fintech setting.

You’ll influence engineering standards, cloud architecture, platform strategy, and DevOps best practices across APIs-driven payments infrastructure. AI-assisted engineering is central to the role.

Qualifications

• Experience with cloud-native architectures in a regulated fintech environment.
• Proven ability to design and operate scalable CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of security and IAM in cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve cloud infrastructure across production and non-production environments.
• Integrate AI tooling into daily engineering workflows.
• Design and implement Infrastructure as Code standards.
• Build and optimise scalable CI/CD pipelines to accelerate software delivery.
• Drive platform reliability, observability and operational excellence.
• Mentor engineers on cloud, automation and DevOps practices.
