Job summary

Fnality is building next-generation financial market infrastructure with tokenised, secure payments. We are seeking two DevOps engineers—one in London (hybrid) and one in Connecticut (hybrid)—to lead cloud, platform, and security initiatives.

You will drive automated delivery, implement IaC, and work across teams to ensure resilient, scalable platforms while navigating regulatory requirements. We value proactive, adaptable engineers who thrive in fast-paced fintech environments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AI-enabled engineering workflows and automation that improve platform delivery.
• Experience with Kubernetes and modern CI/CD toolchains in cloud environments.
• Strong Terraform and IaC skills, plus AWS services knowledge (EC2, ELB, S3, RDS).
• Security awareness and ability to work in regulated environments.
• Experience delivering secure, large-scale cloud projects and DevOps pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Apply deep Kubernetes and stack knowledge to bring new services to production with automated, cloud-native delivery.
• Deploy and support resilient, scalable Fnality technology platforms for customers.
• Demonstrate security-minded approach and proactively remediate risks.
