Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Systems Administrator for a Guildford-based role with hybrid on-site and remote work. The position offers £60,000–£65,000 per year plus Private Medical Insurance, Holiday and Pension.

You will own complex cloud projects, lead automation efforts and mentor colleagues while maintaining resilient hybrid infrastructure. The ideal candidate has hands-on DevOps experience in AWS and Linux, scripting skills, and strong knowledge

Qualifications

• Hands-on DevOps experience with AWS and Linux environments.
• Proficient in scripting for automation.
• Experience designing and deploying cloud-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AWS/Private Cloud solutions.
• Build reliable pipelines via GitHub Actions.
• Manage IAM, firewalls, and VPNs across teams.
• Mentor team members and participate in on‑call rota.
