PIB Group is seeking a Senior Development Underwriter in Leatherhead to strengthen broker relationships and expand niche product offerings. You will assess complex risks, deliver underwriting solutions and contribute to the growth of our insurance portfolio.

You will work in a FCA-regulated environment with a focus on commercial property schemes, P&L management and collaborating with technical leads to develop new products and partnerships. On-site role at Manor House, Leatherhead.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a senior underwriting role within FCA regulated environment.
• Minimum 10 years’ underwriting experience in the insurance industry with property knowledge.
• Strong broker relationship development and P&L delivery.

Aufgaben

• Develop and manage charity, faith and recruitment products.
• Handle New Business, Renewals and MTAs with brokers.
• Monitor pricing, performance and competitive developments.
• Support senior team with data and underwriting strategy.
