Job summary

Willmott Dixon Developments seeks a Senior Development Manager to lead the growth of our development pipeline across the South West and nationally. You will work with preconstruction, delivery teams and key stakeholders to shape opportunities, bid, secure funding and deliver mixed-use regeneration projects.

You will partner with regional teams to grow the pipeline, represent the company publicly, and drive commercial appraisal and financial modelling to maximise value while maintaining Willmott

Qualifications

• Experience in development or related fields and strong business development skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to present/pitch ideas.
• Ability to manage relationships with customers, consultants, funders and partners.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with development, preconstruction and regional teams to manage and deliver the pipeline.
• Build relationships with customers, consultants and funders to deliver projects on site.
• Establish development management services solutions and deliver through to project completion.
• Identify and assess alternative funding options and create development appraisals.
