Our Team

The Collections team, within our Enterprise Systems CIO function, supports the Collection and Recovery process. We are upgrading the Debt Manager application, which will be hosted in the Cloud as SaaS. We need someone to develop strategies, workflows, and interfaces for this upgrade.

What you’ll be doing
  1. Assist in designing, developing, and implementing Debt Manager strategies, workflows, and interfaces.
  2. Collaborate with technical teams and third-party vendors to develop end-to-end solutions.
  3. Support business colleagues using the Debt Manager application, understanding and defining changes.
  4. Ensure solutions meet technical and functional requirements.
  5. Diagnose and resolve issues, providing workarounds or escalation as needed.
  6. Work with project managers to scope work, manage scope, risks, and issues.
  7. Stay informed on best practices and global developments in the field.
What we need you to have
  1. Experience designing, configuring, and testing Debt Manager strategies, UI, decision engine, and configurations.
  2. Proficiency in PostgreSQL and supporting data routines.
  3. Understanding of AWS Cloud concepts.
  4. Experience with iterative and waterfall development methodologies.
  5. Motivated, accountable, and confident.
Nice to have
  1. Knowledge of best practices and global trends in the field.
  2. Ability to coach and mentor team members.
  3. Experience in Financial Services, especially Collections and Recoveries, with Debt Manager.
