Job summary

You will design system components, tokens and ensure consistency across banking apps and customer touchpoints. You thrive in agile squads, bring hands-on design craft, and collaborate with product teams, researchers, technologists, and business experts to deliver scalable design systems while upholding WCAG accessibility

Qualifications

• Hands-on design and design system roles with strong craft.
• Portfolio showing user-centered, system-based design.
• Experience across digital touchpoints including native iOS and Android.

Responsibilities

• Drive design system excellence across banking app touchpoints.
• Collaborate with product design, researchers, designers, technologists, and business experts to create customer-focused products.
• Demonstrates ability to support broader business strategy and deliver design system outputs on time.
• Uses insights and data to evolve design system.
• Champions cross-discipline collaboration and resolves complex design system issues.
• Manage stakeholders and deliver design system outcomes.
• Maintain, improve and scale the design system.
• Set up and maintain tokens.
• Apply accessibility best practices (WCAG 2.2).
