Job summary

Zebra People | B Corp is seeking a Senior Design Researcher for a 14-month contract in London, with four days per week onsite in East London. You will lead exploratory, qualitative research to uncover customer behaviours, needs and motivations and translate findings into opportunities and design direction.

Qualifications

• Strong background in design/UX research
• Ability to own research projects from planning to synthesis
• Experience translating insights into design direction
• Experience with early-stage concepts or future experiences is a plus

Responsibilities

• Leading end-to-end qualitative research across discovery, concept development and evaluation
• Planning and conducting research with customers
• Synthesising research into clear insights, customer needs and design recommendations
• Facilitating workshops to move teams from insight to concepts and propositions
• Communicating research through storytelling that influences design, product and stakeholders
• Collaborating with designers and engineers throughout development from discovery to evaluation
