Job summary

Rate: £375/day Inside IR35. Location: London.

Qualifications

• Strong background in design/UX research.
• Skilled in interviewing and synthesizing complex findings.
• Experience with early-stage concepts and emerging experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end qualitative research across discovery, concept development and evaluation.
• Plan and conduct research with customers.
• Explore behaviours, needs, motivations and pain points to identify opportunities.
• Synthesize research into clear insights, customer needs and design recommendations.
• Collaborate with designers to translate research into new experiences.
• Evaluate early-stage concepts and prototypes.
• Facilitate workshops to move teams from customer insight to concepts.
• Communicate research through storytelling to influence design and product strategy.
