Job summary

Adecco Pontoon is seeking a Design Researcher in London with hybrid onsite expectations (2–3 days a week on site). The contract is six months with potential extension. Salary range is £85,000 to £89,000 per year.

You will join a large team of researchers shaping product and service development and mentor others through research-driven insights. You'll collaborate with design, product, and engineering to drive research outputs, present findings to stakeholders, and adapt designs based on feedback

Qualifications

• Experience leading research strategy for a product or service.
• Ability to create research roadmaps and plans.
• Deep qualitative research experience including usability testing (moderated/unmoderated).
• Synthesize insights to drive product decisions.
• Communicate and influence stakeholders with clarity.
