We seek a collaborative and commercially aware Senior Design Manager who thrives in a complex project environment and leads multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.

As Senior Design Manager, you will coordinate all design activities across water and wastewater schemes, influencing projects from concept through to delivery and applying buildability, value

Qualifications

• Experience in civil engineering, infrastructure or water sector projects.
• Strong background in Design Management on major projects.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary design teams and external consultants.
• Excellent understanding of buildability, design coordination and project delivery.
• Strong programme management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and value engineering.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
• Degree-level qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Chartered status (CEng, MICE or equivalent) or working towards professional accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all design activities across significant water and wastewater infrastructure schemes.
