Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited in Fakenham is seeking a Design Manager (Structural Steel) to lead a small team and deliver steelwork designs across commercial, residential and industrial projects.

You will manage 3 design engineers, prepare technical reports, and liaise with production and clients. Hybrid working options are available; hours are 08:00–17:00 Mon-Thu and 08:00–14:00 Fri. The role offers £45,000-£55,000 with progression and company benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with Metalwork Designs.
• SolidWorks experience.

Responsibilities

• Completing technical designs for commercial, residential and industrial steelworks.
• Managing a team of 3 Design Engineers
• Preparing Technical reports and specifications
• Working hours: Monday to Thursday 08:00-17:00, Friday 08:00-14:00
