Bovis is recruiting a Senior Design Manager for the Grade 1 listed Manchester Town Hall project in central Manchester. You will drive design management from pre-bid through handover, with significant autonomy, coordinating with a senior project team and key stakeholders.

The role requires extensive experience in design coordination, CDM compliance, and collaboration with consultants and the client. A suitable engineering/architecture qualification is essential.

Formación

• Experience delivering design management on complex projects.
• Ability to lead consultants and internal teams across pre-construction to handover.
• Knowledge of CDM regulations and building regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver design management with independence across multiple projects.
• Oversee design performance and resource allocation to meet milestones.
• Represent the business with clients, consultants and supply chain partners.
