Qualifications

• Construction qualifications (HND/HNC/T level or equivalent) and membership of a professional institute such as CIOB, ARB, or ICE.
• Experience on educational, healthcare, science, commercial, or civic projects.
• Strong technical knowledge including sustainability and fire safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead all design aspects including CDP and MEP design.
• Supervise design management team and manage consultant performance.
• Review design drawings and documents for regulatory compliance, buildability, and gaps.
• Develop design strategies aligned with commercial objectives during bid and pre-construction.
• Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations, Building Safety Act, and ISO 19650 throughout lifecycles.
