Job summary

Bovis is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead and manage commercial activities for a major project in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on procurement strategy, cost control, and strong client liaison to ensure value, risk management, and on-time delivery.

The successful candidate will have relevant qualifications, MRICS, and a track record delivering large-scale construction projects with NEC/JCT frameworks. A comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication to influence and build relationships.
• Ability to influence and lead teams across project functions.
• Experience in tendering subcontract works packages of medium to high value.

Responsibilities

• Procurement of the project in accordance with strategy, ensuring best value and proper contracts.
• Liaising with Client team per contract terms.
• Managing supply chain relationships for coordinated procurement.
• Robust management of commercial, legal, insurance and risk controls.
• Ensure timely, safe, and sustainable delivery while meeting client expectations.
