Job summary

Bovis is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of major commercial office schemes in the UK. You will coordinate design teams, site delivery, commercial teams and supply chain to maximise value and mitigate design risk for the client.

You will set project strategy, manage plans and schedules, ensure quality, review costs, and develop a high-performing team while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance across all stages of the project.

Qualifications

• Chartered/professional qualification in construction or project management.
• Degree in Building/Construction or related field.
• CIOB or PCCS accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of project strategy, plan and schedule.
• Coordinate design team, site team, commercial, client and supply chain.
• Ensure right first-time construction and high-quality outputs.
