Key Responsibilities:

• Lead creative strategy and execution across marketing and product design
• Manage and mentor a team of designers specialising in video, animation, and graphics
• Oversee brand consistency across all channels (web, social, print, events)
• Collaborate with stakeholders across product, events, and customer teams
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets, managing multiple campaigns
