Job Overview

My client is seeking a Senior Design Manager to work for a main contractor specializing in new build residential projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing large-scale residential developments valued up to £90 million.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design management for residential projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure design integrity and project delivery.
• Manage design schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as the lead Design Manager on projects.
