Senior Design Manager

The Company

This Senior Design Manager role is with one of the leading residential developers/main contractors in London and the Southeast. They are renowned for the sustainability of their projects and have been involved with numerous award-winning schemes.

Currently, they have a major £240m new build affordable housing scheme consisting of three blocks in East London, which is set to commence shortly. You will be leading this project.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Design Manager or senior-level architect with the following qualifications:

• Experience working for a residential developer, main contractor, or architect.
• Experience in mid-high rise RC Frame residential developments.
• Management of design consultants to ensure all information is delivered within the development programme and budget.
• Ensuring the design meets high standards.
• Good knowledge of relevant building regulations and planning requirements.
• Mentoring and managing the design team.

This role is based in our office with the Head Office located in North East London.
