Senior Design Manager – East Midlands – Main Contractor

Currently seeking a forward-thinking and talented Senior Design Manager to lead innovative approaches on complex, high-value projects across the East Midlands.

As a Senior Design Manager, you will design and deliver high-value projects from tender to completion for an organization that fosters collaboration and innovation.

What they’ll need from you

• Experience working for a Main Contractor
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Experience with collaborative platforms like 4Projects (desirable)
• Comprehensive site experience in engineering or site management roles
• Strong technical construction knowledge
• Deep understanding of current Building Regulations
• Familiarity with BREEAM/Passivhaus requirements
• A degree in a relevant construction-related field
• Knowledge of M&E design and its interface with construction
• Exceptional project management abilities
