Roles and Responsibilities of a Senior Design Manager

• Lead and manage the design process for construction projects from pre-construction through to completion.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate design deliverable.
  
• Review and approve design documents to ensure compliance with project requirements, regulations, and company standards.
  
• Be solely responsible for the design of multiple projects across the West Midlands.

Requirements of a Senior Design Manager

• Proven experience as a Design Manager or Senior Design Manager within the construction industry.
