Location: Rushden (Head office), projects across the Home Counties and Midlands.

Hours: Full time, permanent. Flexible working options available.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Senior Design Manager, you'll work within the Design team, supporting projects across sectors including Commercial, Public Sector, and Health. Your responsibilities include:

• Managing and delivering design information according to the project schedule.
• Ensuring appointed design consultants perform in line with their contracts, reviewing their outputs for compliance.
• Providing design input during preconstruction and construction phases.
• Producing design programmes, scopes, responsibility matrices, appointments, and schedules.
• Attending and chairing meetings with internal and external stakeholders.

This role is ideal if you have:

• Experience delivering high-value, complex design work from a main contractor perspective.
• Strong organizational, planning, and workload management skills.
• Experience with site and contract procedures is advantageous.
